we hit the discovery museum this afternoon. these two are a total hoot together, giggling in the car, switching snacks and sippy cups. i have a feeling we'll have to supervise their playtime well into their teens.

what a feelin'
i recently shrunk some yoga pants and ended up cutting off the bottoms so i would actually wear them. i've been using the remnants in my hair (learned this from brent). of course etta needed to try it out too.

we've been busy lately. i think i have enough pictures for five posts. i'm going to have to limit myself to one per day.
we took to the girls to the beach on thursday. that's nene (as she refers to herself) with the bay, sailboats and doggies in the background. nene would gladly go swimming in the "oshish" if her mommy would only let her...
that's emoney sitting in the sand. she kept telling me "hot, hot, hot" and "all done". we might have to have some of those funny looking shoes for our BIG BEACH TRIP. We leave in 5 weeks!

fish out of water
i know the pics are blurry, but i couldn't help it. erin and i took the girls to the ucsf pool on saturday to combat the afternoon crabbies. the girls throughly enjoyed the pool, etta practiced stuffing herself into the lockers, and someone (who shall remain nameless) peed on the floor, twice.

What have you been doing lately Etta?
We've been busy lately- just to catch you up...
Shopping with Neva in the hallway. i had the food, Neva had the primate.
"He's MY Daddy."
I really like pushing things around. especially loud toys at 5:45 on saturday morning.
Been hanging out at the park with Neva snacking while the mommy people have "foffee", as Neva calls it.
Trying on Daddy's shoes so I can go play "baw".

What have you been doing lately Etta? part 2
Tori has been with us this week while her parents do the AIDS bike ride to LA. She's a pretty snuggly girl.
We went to the zoo with Erin and Neva on Wedensday. Nose to nose with a goat. Mommy knew it was time to leave when I started telling all the goats "No, no, no." and shaking my finger at them.
Then we hung out later at Neva's house, did a little snacking and coloring, and moved some water bottles around for Ted and Erin.
