TOYS!

not the best photo, but etta's got an exersaucer now.  she was a bit intimidated in the beginning, but now she's making this puppy sing all kinds of songs about life in the pond.  yes, there are frogs.

4 months old

weighing in at 13lbs 12 ozs as of friday.  etta is 24 3/4" long and doing well.  she handled her shots like a pro.  we're off to the giant redwoods for our first family vacation next week.  by the looks of the pile of stuff to take in the living room we're going griswold all the way...

Haul Out

We headed out to the coast to attempt a little hiking this weekend.  Our trip along the shore in Moss Beach was cut short as the harbor seals needed a "haul out" area.  Lucky for Etta her first seal viewing experience didn't include the stench of Pier 39.

Mr. Froggie

You'll see this frog quite a bit- he seems to be a favorite chew toy at this point.

Graduation

Etta's uncle HJ recently graduated from high school and we went back to Tennessee to celebrate with our family.  Etta decided things were a little too quiet at one point during the ceremony so she pooped.  She's a loud pooper...
